Billed monthly in USD. The spend fee is added to what you pay creators.
What a month actually costs.
Your total for a month is the plan price plus the plan’s percentage of what you agree to pay creators. Creators receive the full amount you agree with them.
For example, with $2,000 of creator spend in a month:
- Basic: $79 plan + $300 fee = $379
- Pro: $199 plan + $200 fee = $399
- Max: $799 plan + $140 fee = $939
Pro costs less than Basic once you agree more than about $2,400 with creators in a month, and Max costs less than Pro above about $20,000. Max also includes a dedicated GTM manager who runs up to two managed campaigns a week for you.
Monthly, in US dollars, cancel any time.
Plans renew each month until you cancel. Checkout, payment methods, invoices and sales tax are handled by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Cancel in the brand workspace by opening Billing and choosing Manage subscription; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
Subscription fees aren’t refunded. Money for a creator post that isn’t published is refunded in full. The full rules are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.
What does a ReleaseStack plan cost?
Basic is $79 a month, Pro is $199 a month, and Max is $799 a month, billed monthly in US dollars. Each plan also adds a fee on the amounts you agree with creators: 15% on Basic, 10% on Pro and 7% on Max.
What is the creator spend fee?
A percentage added on top of what you agree to pay creators. If you agree $1,000 with creators on Pro, the fee is $100. Creators receive the full agreed amount; the fee is paid by the brand.
Can I try ReleaseStack before paying?
Yes, in part. You can sign up, write briefs and save them as drafts for free. Launching a campaign and inviting creators needs a plan. There's no free trial of the paid plans.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Cancel any time from Billing in your brand workspace; your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Upgrades apply immediately and charge the difference for the rest of the month.
Are subscriptions refundable?
No. Subscription fees aren't refunded. Money paid for a creator post that isn't published is refunded in full. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Who handles payments?
Subscriptions are billed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, invoices and sales tax. Creator-deal payments are separate and are paid to ReleaseStack.
