Questions, answered plainly.

What brands ask before running a creator campaign on ReleaseStack: how it works, where the creators come from, and what it costs.

What is ReleaseStack?

ReleaseStack is a creator and brand partnership platform: brands run campaigns with creators on X. You write a structured brief, choose creators from a network our team has reviewed, send offers that state the amount, deliverables and payment terms, negotiate in one inbox, and track each campaign's creators, delivery and spend on one board.

Who is ReleaseStack for?

Brands, startups and marketing teams that want to run paid campaigns with creators on X, and creators on X who want brand offers with the terms written down. Brands work in the brand workspace; creators apply once and work from the creator portal.

Where do the creators come from?

Creators apply through a six-part application covering their channel, audience, collaboration terms, and past work. The ReleaseStack team reviews each application, then approves it, asks for more, or declines it. Creators can't list themselves, and only approved creators appear in the marketplace.

How do I find creators for a campaign?

The marketplace lists approved creators on X with their niche, followers, average views, cost per 1,000 views and rate. Basic shows a curated set; Pro and Max show every reviewed creator, with advanced search. Each approved creator also has a public profile with their audience and past collaborations.

How does a campaign work on ReleaseStack?

You write a brief, choose creators, and send each one an offer with the amount, deliverables and payment terms. When a creator posts, they submit the link; you approve it or ask for a revision. The campaign board shows creators hired against invited, posts delivered against planned, and spend recorded.

What goes into a campaign brief?

The builder has five steps: the brief and objective, the audience (niches, platforms, location, minimum followers), deliverables with quantities and requirements, the creator budget and offer per creator, and the creators you want to invite. You can save a campaign as a draft at any point before launching it.

How can a creator join ReleaseStack?

Apply once with your X account. The application has six short parts: about you, your channel, your audience, how you like to collaborate, your story, and a few assets. Our team reviews every application; once you're approved you receive offers and get a public profile at /@username.

How and when do creators get paid?

Each offer states the amount and payment terms before work starts. After the brand approves a published post, the creator requests a payout, which is made within 14 days of that approval to a verified bank account, UPI ID, PayPal, or a USDC (Solana) or USDT (Ethereum) wallet.

Which platform and niches do campaigns cover?

Campaigns run on X. Creators cover niches including tech, SaaS, AI, developer tools, hardware, startups and business, finance, design, gaming, and reviews.

How much does it cost?

Basic is $79 a month, Pro is $199 a month, and Max is $799 a month, billed monthly in USD. Each plan also has a fee on creator spend: 15% on Basic, 10% on Pro, and 7% on Max. The fee is added to what you pay creators. Writing briefs and saving drafts is free.

Which plan should I choose?

Basic suits a first campaign: up to 5 campaigns and 50 creator invites a month. Pro removes those limits and adds negotiation tools, advanced search, and cost per 1,000 views reporting. Max adds a dedicated GTM manager who runs discovery, outreach, and negotiation for up to two managed campaigns a week.

Is ReleaseStack an agency or a creator database?

Neither. ReleaseStack is software your team uses to run campaigns, and its creators are not an open database: each one applied and was approved by our team. Only the Max plan adds a person, a dedicated GTM manager, and you still approve briefs, offers and spend.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel your plan any time. Subscription fees aren't refunded. If a creator doesn't publish an agreed post, the creator amount and the spend fee on it are refunded in full.

Can I talk to someone before signing up?
