From brief to paid post, in one workspace.
How a creator campaign runs on ReleaseStack: the brand writes a brief, chooses reviewed creators on X, sends offers with terms, reviews the posts, and pays for published work.
Four steps, one paper trail.
Each step is a screen in the brand workspace, and each one leaves a record your team can read later.
- 01
Write the brief
The campaign builder has five steps: the objective and brief, the audience (niches, location and minimum followers), the deliverables with quantities and requirements, the creator budget and offer per creator, and the creators to invite. Your estimate updates as you go, with the plan’s spend fee included. Drafts are free to save.
- 02
Choose creators
The marketplace lists creators on X that our team has approved. Each record shows niche, followers, average views, cost per 1,000 views and rate. Basic shows a curated set; Pro and Max show every reviewed creator, with advanced search.
- 03
Send offers
Each invitation states the amount, the deliverables and the payment terms before anyone starts. Each creator and campaign gets one thread, where replies, files and the agreement stay together. On Pro and Max you can revise offers and handle counter-offers in the same thread.
- 04
Pay for published work
Creator payments are separate from your plan. You pay the agreed amount plus the plan’s spend fee to ReleaseStack, and it’s held until the post is live and you approve it. If a creator doesn’t publish, that amount is refunded in full.
Apply once, get paid for what you post.
The same path every approved creator takes, from application to payout.
- 01
Apply once
Six short parts: about you, your channel, your audience, how you like to collaborate, your story, and a few assets. You connect your X account so your profile is built from it.
- 02
Get reviewed
Our team reads every application, then approves it, asks for more, or declines. Creators can’t list themselves.
- 03
Take the offers that fit
Brands send offers with the amount, deliverables and payment terms written down. Accept or decline; nothing is agreed in a DM.
- 04
Post, then get paid
Submit the live link for each deliverable. After the brand approves it, request a payout to a verified bank account, UPI ID, PayPal, or USDC on Solana / USDT on Ethereum wallet. Payouts are made within 14 days of the brand’s approval.
Which platform does ReleaseStack support?
Campaigns run on X. Creators cover niches including tech, SaaS, AI, developer tools, hardware, startups and business, finance, design, gaming and reviews.
How are creators reviewed?
Every creator applies through a six-part application and connects their X account. Our team reviews each application before the creator can appear in a brand’s marketplace or receive offers.
What does a creator deal include?
An accepted offer states the deliverables (for example a sponsored post, a quote post, a repost, a profile banner or a link in bio), the amount, the deadline and the payment terms.
When do creators get paid?
After the brand approves the published post, the creator requests a payout, which is paid within 14 days of the approval to the creator’s verified payout method.
What does the Max plan add?
A dedicated GTM manager who handles discovery, shortlisting, outreach, negotiation and coordination for up to two managed campaigns a week. You still approve briefs, offers and spend.
